Syntax: EXECUTE script XNEAR [tolerance]

This spatial operator is similar to the NEAR operator but requires that the spatial element be completely inside the buffer zone. This is unlike the NEAR operator, which requires only part of the element to be inside the buffer zone. If no tolerance is specified, the spatial element must completely cover the master element in order to satisfy the XNEAR operator.
